A heat sealing machine creates the most value when it works as part of a connected line. The YM-HS10 can be integrated with filling equipment, lid placement systems, labeling machines, and coding equipment. 

A typical wide-mouth container line runs: container feeding → filling → lid placement or film placement → heat sealing → labeling → coding → packing. The YM-HS10 sits at the sealing station. If the line uses pre-cut lids, the lid is placed before sealing; if the line uses roll film, the YM-HS10 feeds and seals the film itself. After sealing, the container moves to labeling, coding, or secondary packaging.

The YM-HS10 runs at 30–40 Pcs/min, or roughly 1,800–2,400 BPH. The filling and lid placement equipment should be matched to this speed, or buffer accumulation should be used. If the filler runs faster than the sealer, containers will accumulate before the sealing station. If the sealer runs faster, it will wait for containers. Proper line balancing reduces idle time and prevents containers from backing up into the filling area.

Wide-mouth containers can be unstable on a conveyor, especially when empty or partially filled. The conveyor should be level and wide enough to support the container base. Guide rails should keep containers centered without tipping them. The YM-HS10’s bottle separating head and photoelectric eye help position containers, but the conveyor and guides must deliver them consistently.

The machine measures approximately 2,800 × 900 × 1,500 mm and weighs around 410 kg. Leave enough space around the machine for film roll changes, waste film removal, cleaning, and maintenance. The protection cover should be accessible for daily cleaning. Confirm forklift access and floor loading capacity before delivery.

Manual handling between filling, lid placement, and sealing can introduce misalignment, rim contamination, and inconsistent container spacing. A connected line keeps containers upright and aligned, which helps the sealing heads apply even heat and pressure. This improves seal consistency and reduces rework.
