At the end of a packaging line, filled and sealed bottles must be collected, inspected, and packed. If the packing station is slower than the filling line, bottles back up on the conveyor and can cause jams or stops. The YMT80 bottle collection turntable provides a buffer where bottles can accumulate temporarily, allowing the line to continue running while operators pack or inspect.

Filled and sealed bottles are diverted onto the turntable, where they accumulate on the rotating pan. Operators can pick bottles from the turntable for inspection or packing at their own pace. The turntable speed is adjustable, so the accumulation rate can be matched to the packing station. When the packing station is ready, bottles are removed from the turntable and packed.
The buffer capacity depends on the pan diameter and bottle size. An 80 cm pan provides moderate buffer capacity; a 100 cm pan provides more. For lines with high output or slow packing, a larger pan (110–150 cm) may be specified. Buyers should calculate the required buffer time based on line speed and packing rate.
The collection turntable can also serve as a buffer platform in the middle of a line, reducing the need for long conveyor runs. Instead of a long accumulation conveyor, the turntable provides a compact buffer that fits into a small space. This can simplify line layout and reduce floor space requirements.
