The Custom Engineering Process

Feeding and Collecting Turntables Semi-automate bottle handling with rotary accumulation tables. The feeding turntable (mounted at the conveyor infeed) accepts bulk-loaded bottles and singulates them onto the conveyor — the operator dumps bottles onto the turntable rather than placing them individually on the conveyor. The collecting turntable (mounted at the discharge end) accumulates labeled bottles for manual packing. Turntable diameter is specified based on your bottle size and desired buffer capacity.

Side-Belt Clamping Conveyor For tall, narrow-based, or slightly tapered bottles that may tip on a standard flat-belt conveyor. Side belts grip the bottle from both sides through the labeling zone, providing positive stability during label application. This option is recommended for bottles with a height-to-base-diameter ratio exceeding 3:1.
