The PM150 is an automatic shrink sleeve labeling machine designed to apply heat-shrink film sleeves to containers of almost any shape. It feeds label film from a roll, cuts the sleeve to the required length with a servo-driven cutting system, drops the sleeve over the container, and then — when paired with a shrink tunnel — heats the film so it conforms tightly to the bottle, jar, can, or cup. The result is a 360-degree label that covers the full body, wraps over the cap, seals the neck for tamper evidence, or groups multiple containers into a multi-pack.

The machine is widely used in beverages, food, dairy, cosmetics, home care, personal care, and stationery industries. It handles round bottles, square bottles, flat bottles, curve bottles, cups, and irregular profiles. The PM150 runs at 30–250 Pcs/min, supports label heights from 30 mm to 300 mm, and is compatible with PVC, PET, OPS, and PLA shrink films.

A pressure-sensitive label is applied to one face of a container. A shrink sleeve wraps the entire circumference and shrinks to follow the container’s contours — including shoulders, necks, curves, and caps. This is why sleeve labeling is used for full-body decoration, tamper-evident neck bands, and multi-pack grouping. The PM150’s servo cutting system controls sleeve length to ±0.5 mm, which matters because an oversized sleeve wrinkles in the tunnel and an undersized sleeve fails to cover the container.

The PM150 supports five main applications: full-body labeling, full-body labeling extending over the cap, partial labeling, tamper-evident sealing (safety seals), and multi-pack labeling. Customization is available for special requirements. A beverage producer might use full-body sleeves for brand impact; a dairy producer might use a neck band for tamper evidence; a cosmetic brand might use a partial sleeve for a premium look; and a multi-pack application groups two or more containers under one sleeve.

The PM150 handles round, square, flat, oval, curve, and irregular containers. Bottle diameter range is 28–200 mm (with narrower ranges available depending on configuration), and label height is 30–300 mm. The machine uses a modular design for quick bottle changes, and the HMI stores up to 200 recipes (some configurations 1000+) so changeover between products is a matter of selecting the stored recipe and adjusting the guide rails.

The labeler applies the sleeve; the shrink tunnel makes it conform. The PM150 can be paired with an electric heating shrink tunnel or a steam shrink tunnel, with a steam generator available for steam configurations. Electric tunnels are simpler to install; steam tunnels deliver more uniform shrinkage on complex shapes. The choice depends on container geometry, film type, and line layout.
