The Four-Wheel Spindle Capping Head
Mechanical Design

  • Four wheels provide 360° engagement — the cap is contacted at four equidistant points, distributing rotational force evenly around the circumference
Wheel Material & Customization

Standard wheels are food-grade silicone rubber (60-70 Shore A) bonded to aluminum hubs. This provides:

  • High friction against cap surfaces (plastic, metal, coated)
  • Compliance that conforms to cap surface texture without marring
  • Wear resistance for 5+ million cycles before replacement
