Product Description

High Speed 45BPM Single Head Plastic Glass Metal Capping Bottle Machine Nuts Juice Perfume Bottle Capping Machine

CM100 OEM & ODM Customization — Engineered to Your Exact Requirements
Beyond Standard Configuration

The standard CM100 configuration serves a remarkably broad range of applications. But some packaging challenges demand tailored engineering — an unusual container geometry, a cap type not accommodated by standard feeding systems, a torque requirement outside the standard range, or an integration requirement specific to an existing production line.

Our OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) services provide the engineering capability to adapt the CM100 platform to your specific requirements. With 20 years of packaging machinery experience, a 68+ person core team, and a dedicated R&D group of 10-20 engineers, we deliver customized capping solutions without the cost and timeline of a fully bespoke machine build.

OEM Services: Your Brand on Proven Technology

OEM customers receive the CM100's proven engineering platform branded as their own product. This service is designed for packaging machinery distributors, line integrators, and equipment resellers who want to offer a premium automatic capping machine under their own brand identity.

OEM customization includes:

  • Your company logo, brand colors, and labeling applied to the machine exterior
  • Your model number nomenclature on the machine nameplate and HMI startup screen
  • Your brand on all documentation (user manual, quick-start guide, maintenance manual)
  • Custom paint/finish color (standard remains 304 stainless natural finish)
  • Your specified voltage, frequency, and plug type for target market

OEM clients receive:

  • Exclusivity protection in defined geographic territories or market segments
  • Direct factory pricing with reseller margin structure
  • Technical training for your sales and service teams
  • Co-branded marketing materials (product photography, specification sheets)
  • Priority production scheduling for stocked models
ODM Services: Custom Engineering for Unique Requirements

ODM customers require modifications to the CM100's mechanical, electrical, or software configuration to meet specific application requirements. Our R&D engineering team develops, prototypes, and validates customizations before integrating them into production machines.

Common ODM customizations:

Mechanical Customizations:

  • Custom cap tracks for non-standard cap geometries (trigger sprayers with extended dip tubes, pump dispensers, child-resistant closures, oval caps, specialty dispensing closures)
  • Custom capping head inserts for unusual cap shapes or materials
  • Extended or reduced conveyor length for integration with existing line equipment
  • Custom bottle guide rails for non-round containers (F-style jugs, rectangular bottles, oval containers)
  • Specialized cap feeding systems for difficult-to-orient closures
  • Modified frame height or conveyor height for existing line integration
  • 316L stainless steel construction for aggressive chemical environments

Electrical & Software Customizations:

  • Alternative PLC brand to match plant automation standards
  • Custom HMI screen layouts and language translations
  • Integration with plant SCADA/MES via specified communication protocol
  • Additional sensor inputs or inspection capabilities (vision system integration, barcode reader integration)
  • Enhanced data logging (100% torque traceability, OEE calculation, batch report generation)
  • Custom alarm logic and notification (stack light, remote alert via Ethernet)

Performance Customizations:

  • Upgraded servo motor and gearbox for higher torque applications
  • Extended torque range for large-format industrial closures
  • Higher-speed configuration for dedicated high-volume single-product lines (up to 50+ bottles/min with optimized cap feeding)
  • Low-speed high-torque configuration for large container and drum capping
The Sample Testing Program

We strongly recommend sending samples of your bottles, caps, and product to our Shanghai engineering center before finalizing an order — especially for ODM projects or first-time customers. Our sample testing program:

  1. You send: 20-50 sample bottles and caps (empty), product specifications (fill volume, temperature, viscosity if relevant), and your target capping speed and torque requirements.

  2. We configure: Our engineers set up a CM100 in our lab with the proposed configuration for your packaging. If custom cap tracks or guide rails are needed, we prototype them.

  3. We test: The machine runs a continuous test with your samples. We measure and record: torque accuracy and consistency, capping yield, cap damage rate, feed reliability, and actual throughput.

  4. We report: You receive a detailed test report with measured data, high-resolution photographs, and video of your samples running on the configured machine. If any issues are identified, we propose engineering solutions before the machine is built.

  5. You approve: Only after you review and approve the test results does your machine enter production.

Confidentiality & IP Protection

We understand that packaging specifications, new product development, and production line configurations are commercially sensitive information. We routinely execute Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) and Non-Compete Agreements (NCA) with OEM and ODM clients. Our sample handling, engineering documentation, and client communication protocols are designed to protect your proprietary information.

Product FAQ

Q: What is the minimum order quantity for OEM branding?

A: We accommodate OEM branding on single-machine orders — there is no minimum order quantity. However, per-unit OEM setup costs (branding design, documentation customization, HMI screen customization) are amortized more favorably across multi-machine orders, which is why most OEM partners order in quantities of 5+ units annually.

Q: How long does an ODM customization project take?

A: Timeline depends on complexity. A simple modification (custom cap track, alternative PLC brand) may add 5-10 business days to the standard 15-25 business day lead time. A complex customization may require 35-50 business days including engineering, prototyping, and testing. We provide a detailed project timeline with milestones during the quotation process.

Q: Who owns the intellectual property for ODM customizations?

A: Customizations developed specifically for your application are considered your proprietary configuration. We will not apply your custom engineering to another customer's machine without your permission. The underlying CM100 platform technology remains our intellectual property. IP terms are formalized in the supply agreement.

Q: Can you match an existing capping machine I want to replace or duplicate?

A: Yes. If you have an existing capping machine (any brand) that you wish to replace or duplicate across additional lines, send us the machine specifications, photographs, and if possible, the user manual. Our engineering team can reverse-engineer the cap handling and capping configuration to match or improve upon your existing machine's performance on the CM100 platform.

Company FAQ

Q: How is your R&D team structured?

A: Our R&D team consists of 10-20 engineers covering mechanical design, electrical and controls engineering, software development, and application engineering. The team is organized to support both new product development and customer-specific customization projects, ensuring ODM clients have dedicated engineering attention without competing with standard product manufacturing priorities.

Q: Can we visit your engineering center to work on a customization project?

A: Yes. For complex ODM projects, we encourage an on-site working session at our Shanghai engineering center. You can meet the engineering team, review prototypes, observe testing with your samples, and collaborate on design decisions in real time. We find that a 1-2 day working visit often resolves questions that would take weeks of email correspondence.

Q: What after-sales support do OEM partners receive for machines sold under their brand?

A: OEM partners receive tier-one technical support training, enabling them to handle most customer inquiries directly. For issues that require escalation, we provide tier-two support directly to your service team (not directly to your end customer, preserving your client relationship). We stock critical spare parts for OEM machines and provide prioritized parts dispatch for your service operations.
